Use case

Today's price and stock for every URL on your list

Keep thousands of listings that point at other stores in sync. Send the product URLs, get current price and availability back, with a result for every URL. You pay only for products found.

You already know which products matter. You need today's price for them.

The products in your feed, your listings or your client's report are a list of URLs. Scraping whole catalogs to refresh them wastes time and money, and a scraper of your own hits the same bot walls every night. What you want is the current price and stock for each URL, and a clear answer for the ones that stopped working.

What one refresh found

We sent 700 product URLs to each of three UK hi-fi stores. At Peter Tyson, 693 URLs led to a product, and 90 of those redirected to a variant page another URL already covered, so 603 products were billed. Six URLs were deleted products and cost nothing. Sevenoaks returned 694 of 700. Richer Sounds, the most protected of the three, returned 648 with a price; 35 pages didn't load after retries.

Peter Tyson and Sevenoaks finished in 30 minutes, Richer Sounds in 2 hours.

Questions

My listings are my own store's products. Is this for me?

No. For your own products, use your platform's API or product feed, for example Shopify's Admin API. This is for listings that point at other stores: comparison and affiliate sites, deal pages, or a list of competitor products.

Do I need a full scrape first?

No. Without a full catalog from the last 31 days, the job runs on your URLs only, and only those products are in your export. With a fresh full scrape, your URLs update the full catalog.

How many URLs can I send?

1 to 100,000 per job. Split bigger lists into several jobs. Duplicates, invalid URLs and URLs of other stores are removed before the quote.

What do I pay for?

Products found: with a price, or without one. Deleted products, pages that didn't load and pages that aren't products cost nothing. Two URLs that lead to the same product count once.

How often can I refresh, and is there a webhook?

As often as you run it. There are no scheduled runs or webhooks yet, so call the API from your own cron and poll the job, or wait for the email when it's done.

How fast is it?

In the run above, 700 URLs took 30 minutes on two stores and 2 hours on the most protected one.

Which stores work?

Online stores on any platform. Marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Allegro are not supported.
